1. Can we make a reservation of movie tickets via phone call/online?
We do not allow reservations or booking tickets in advance via phone call or thru online. We
encourage our patrons to purchase tickets directly via online or walk-in.
2. How to purchase tickets online?
To purchase tickets online, just go to our website www.timescineplex.com and sign up if you are
a first time user.
3. What cards do you accept for online payment?
We accept valid debit or credit card (Master Card, Visa, and American Express).
4. How will I claim the tickets that I purchased online?
You will receive via email a reference number that you need to keep (either print it out or
screenshot) and show to our ticketing staff for them to print your movie tickets.
5. What will I do if I didn’t receive any reference number for my online transaction?
Our online purchase confirmation email may take few minutes to deliver. Kindly check your
inbox again.
If you did not receive the confirmation, kindly contact us on our hotlines or message us thru our
Facebook and Instagram page.
6. Can I make changes to the tickets that I already purchased?
Yes you may change the date/time as long as it is made at least one (1) hour before the movie
showtime of your original ticket at the same branch where you purchased it. Please take note
that this is subject to seat availability of the movie.
7. What is Times Cineplex Loyalty Program?
Times Cineplex Loyalty Program is an in-app item that uses electronic coupons. It entitles
customers to earn rewards such as free movie tickets or regular soft drinks. You collect coupons
every time you watch a movie with us.
8. How can I join Times Cineplex’s loyalty program?
You need to download our mobile app which is available at Google Play and App Store and log-in
using your existing account or you can sign-up to join our loyalty program.
9. How to redeem rewards for the loyalty program on the mobile app?
Once you have reached the designated number of e-coupons needed to redeem a free ticket or
a regular soft drink, you can approach our friendly staff either at ticketing or snack bar counter
and show them the app.
10. What do film ratings mean?
The Board of Film Censorship requires all films to be censored and classified before public
exhibition. There are 3 categories:
U - Suitable for all ages.
PG - Audiences under 16 require accompanying parent or adult guardian.
X - Not suitable for audiences under 16.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission at our discretion.
